At Laveda Jones Productions, we believe talent exists at every stage of development, and we are committed to supporting artists wherever they are in their journey. While not every submission results in immediate representation, we recognize potential in many forms and strive to create opportunities for growth, visibility, and advancement.
Our mission extends beyond selection—we aim to uplift emerging talent by providing access to resources, exposure, and development pathways designed to help artists refine their craft and strengthen their professional presence. For those who may not meet representation criteria on the first review, we remain dedicated to offering constructive avenues that can help bridge that gap and move them closer to their goals.
Laveda Jones Talent Agency – Submission Fee Disclaimer
By submitting your materials to Laveda Jones Talent Agency (“the Agency”), you acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the required non-refundable submission fee:
1. Purpose of Submission Fee
The submission fee is required to cover administrative and professional evaluation services performed by the Agency’s recruiters and/or talent managers. This includes, but is not limited to:
Review of submitted demos, bios, and supporting materials
Background research and marketability assessment
Internal evaluation and decision-making processes
This fee compensates the time, expertise, and resources necessary to properly assess each applicant.
2. Non-Refundable Policy
All submission fees are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
Selection for representation
Withdrawal of submission by the artist
Delays in review or response time
Payment of the submission fee does not guarantee representation, placement, or specific opportunities.
3. Representation Determination
Artists selected for representation by the Agency will:
Be included in the Agency’s searchable talent database
Receive active marketing and promotional consideration through Agency channels
Be considered for opportunities aligned with their brand and skill level
Selection is based solely on the Agency’s professional discretion and industry standards.
4. “Artist Development Program” Classification
Artists who are not immediately selected for representation but are identified as having potential may be classified as “Needs Coaching” and suggested for the "Artist Development Program” These artists will:
Receive a fully functional profile on the Agency platform
Be searchable within the Agency’s indexed database
Maintain an online presence that supports their brand visibility
Additionally, these artists may be offered:
Opportunities to open for other artists
Collaboration opportunities with professional artists
Enrollment in the Agency’s Artist Development Program designed to enhance skills and readiness for representation
5. No Guarantee of Employment or Success
Laveda Jones Talent Agency does not guarantee employment, bookings, income, or career advancement as a result of submission, representation, or participation in any programs or services.

By submitting payment and materials, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to this disclaimer in full.
